Angus life was threatened yesterday at Camp Somerset’s ‘Low Ropes’ course.

A rope, believed to have been used to choke the boy, was found hidden behind a tree.

“I saw Angus choking and thought his girlfriend would be devastated if he died, so I jolted to his rescue," said student, Emily

“I was wondering if I would ever see my girlfriend again,” said victim, Angus.

“Then Emily dashed in and saved me!” he continued.

It is believed Mr Rice is responsible for tightening the rope around Angus’ neck due to jealousy issues.

Mr Rice is being pursued by the Kilcoy Police.
